Privacy Policy

This page explains how Paldorin Digital handles personal information collected through paldorin.digital, our public policy and documentation library. It covers what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to make a request about your own information.

The site publishes organizational policy, style, accessibility and governance documentation. It is a reading and reference resource — there is no account to create, no payment step, and nothing is sold from these pages.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you use the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. If you reference a specific document, chapter, or policy section, that reference is part of the message we receive and helps us route it correctly.

Standard technical information is recorded automatically when a page is served, such as the pages requested and the time of each request. This is ordinary server activity that keeps the library running and stable. We do not ask for payment details through this site, and no transaction is processed here.

  • Contact form: name, email address, message content, and any document you reference.
  • Technical records: requested pages and the time of the request.
  • Correction reports: the error or accessibility barrier you describe, and the page it concerns.

How we use information

Anything submitted through the contact form is used to answer your inquiry and to route it to the document owner responsible for the page or topic you mentioned. That routing is what turns a question into a corrected document rather than a dead end.

Reports of errors or accessibility barriers are recorded in our review queue so each one can be tracked until it is resolved, including issues that come back more than once. Technical information is used to operate the site and to understand which pages readers actually reach, which guides where we invest in clearer writing and structure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the team members and reviewers who need it to answer your inquiry or correct the document you wrote about.

Document owners
The person responsible for the policy or guide you asked about sees your message and the reference you gave.
Review and accessibility
Barrier and error reports reach the reviewers who track corrections through to resolution.
Service providers
Hosting and site operation are handled by providers who process technical records on our behalf.
Legal requirement
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to respond to a formal legal request.

Retention

Inquiries and correspondence

Kept for as long as needed to resolve the inquiry and to maintain a record of documentation corrections that came out of it.

Error and accessibility reports

Held in the review queue so recurring problems stay visible and can be watched across document revisions.

Technical logs

Kept for a shorter period, unless they are needed for a security or operational investigation.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, or request deletion where retention is no longer necessary. One request covers all of it — you do not need to name a legal category or quote this policy.

To make a request, use the Contact page and state clearly what you are asking for, including the email address you used if it differs from the one you write from. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will tell you what we need rather than leaving the request unresolved.

Make a request through Contact

Children

This site is intended for a general professional audience working with policy, style, and governance documentation. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to the policy team through the Contact page and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are noted in the document's version history so the difference is visible rather than silent. Continued use of the site after a revision means the updated policy applies.

If you want to follow changes without visiting the page repeatedly, check back when a document you rely on is updated — the policy and the document it sits beside carry the same date.

Common questions about this policy

Do I need an account to use paldorin.digital?

No. The policy and documentation pages are open to read. There is no sign-up, no subscription, and no payment step, so the only personal information we ever receive from you is what you choose to send through the contact form or an email.

What happens to a message I send about a document error?

It enters the review queue alongside other correction and accessibility reports. The document owner for the page you named reviews it, applies a fix if one is warranted, and the correction is recorded so the same problem can be checked again in future revisions.

Can I read the documents without telling you anything about myself?

Yes. Every policy, style, accessibility, and governance page is readable without filling in a form. Browsing records pages requested and the time of the request, which is how any web server keeps the site running; it is not paired with your name unless you choose to write to us.

How quickly are requests about my information handled?

Requests are read during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time. If we need more detail to locate your records — for example, the email address you wrote from — we will ask before the request sits any longer.
