Terms of Service
These terms govern use of paldorin.digital, the Paldorin Digital policy and documentation site. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Short version below, with the full wording in the sections that follow.
- Applies to every reader of this site, from first visit onward.
- Covers permitted use, quoting, and reuse of published documents.
- Questions go to the policy team through the Contact page.
What these terms cover
One page, eight sections, written to be read once. Open one section at a time or read straight through — the wording is the same either way.
- What is covered
- Reading the site, linking to published documents, and quoting them in your own material.
- What is not
- Republishing a document in full, or using our names in a way that suggests endorsement.
- Where to ask
- The Paldorin Digital policy team, through the contact details on the Contact page.
- Effective date
- These terms carry a publication date on this page; the most recent revision governs use.
What this site is
This site publishes Paldorin Digital's policies, style standards, compliance guidelines, and related documentation for public reference. It is an informational resource. It is not a professional advisory service, and nothing on it constitutes legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You can read anything published here without an account, an address, or any commitment. Where a document refers to a specific internal process, that reference is for context only and does not create an obligation on your side.
Public reference
Documents are published so that partners and the public can read them without asking for a copy.
Not advisory
Reading a policy here does not make Paldorin Digital your advisor, and we do not accept that role by publishing.
You are responsible
How you apply a document to your own situation, contract, or report is your decision and your responsibility.
Permitted use
You may read, link to, and cite the documents published here, including in contracts, reports, and internal procedures, provided you attribute the material to Paldorin Digital and link to the specific section you cite. You may not present the documents as your own, alter them and republish them as Paldorin Digital policy, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other readers' access.
What you can do
- Read any published policy, standard, or guide.
- Link directly to a specific section of a document.
- Quote a passage with attribution to Paldorin Digital.
- Reference a policy in a contract, a report, or an internal procedure, with a link.
What you cannot do
- Present a published document as your own work.
- Alter a document and republish it as Paldorin Digital policy.
- Copy a document in full without prior written permission.
- Interfere with the site's operation or with other readers' access.
When you cite a document, quote the passage as published rather than paraphrasing it into your own policy language, and link to the section you used. That keeps the record traceable if the document is later revised. If you need to reproduce a section in full, ask first — the answer usually takes one working day, and we will confirm in writing.
No warranty
The documents on this site are published as a record of Paldorin Digital's policies and standards. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that a policy applies to your specific situation. Policies change, and a page you read today may be revised later. The version history and effective dates shown on each document govern.
Accuracy against the published version
If a page and a formally issued document differ, the issued document wins. Tell the policy team if you spot the mismatch and we will check it.
Applicability to your case
A policy written for our own operations may not fit your organisation, your sector, or your jurisdiction. Check before you rely on it.
Revisions and effective dates
Each document carries a version history and an effective date. Where terms change, the newly effective version applies from that date.
Availability of the site
We do not promise that the site will be reachable without interruption. Maintenance, hosting faults, or network problems may make it temporarily unavailable.
Limitation of liability
Read together with the section on warranty. Neither replaces the other; both describe the same boundary from different angles.
To the extent permitted by law, Paldorin Digital is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the content of this site or from inability to access it. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Inside the limit
Decisions taken in reliance on a policy page, and any loss caused by the site being unreachable for a period.
Outside the limit
Any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, whatever this page says.
Intellectual property
The text of the documents published on this site belongs to Paldorin Digital unless a document states otherwise. Quoting a section with attribution and a link is permitted under the preceding sections. Republishing a document in full, or using Paldorin Digital names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, requires prior written permission.
- Quoting a section Allowed, with attribution to Paldorin Digital and a link to the section you quoted.
- Full republication Needs prior written permission from the policy team before the document goes anywhere else.
- Names and marks Do not use our names, marks, or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with your work.
- Third-party material Where a document credits another source, that credit governs rather than this paragraph.
External links
The site may link to documents and resources maintained by other organizations. Those links are provided for reference. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
If you follow a link from a policy page to another organisation's document, check that page's own terms, publication date, and privacy notice before you rely on it. Standards from outside Paldorin Digital are cited for comparison and context, not adopted as our own positions.
Changes to these terms
When we revise
We may update these terms when the site or our practices change. The revised version is published on this page with a new effective date.
What applies
Continued use of the site after a revision means the updated terms apply. If you do not accept a revision, stop using the site.
Where to check
This page is the authoritative version. Revisit it before you cite these terms in another document.

Questions readers ask
Four things that come up most often about citing this site and about these terms.
Can I quote a Paldorin Digital policy in my own contract?
Yes, provided you attribute the material to Paldorin Digital and link to the specific section you used. Quote the passage as published rather than rewriting it into your own policy wording, so the reference stays traceable if the document is revised.
Which version of a document applies if it changes later?
The version history and effective dates shown on each document govern. A page may be revised after you read it, so check the effective date before you rely on a passage in a contract or a report.
Do these terms apply to the documents themselves?
These terms cover your use of the site and the reuse of published material. Where an individual document states its own terms for a specific case, that document governs for that case.
Where do I send a question or a correction?
Send it to the policy team through the Contact page. Include the document title and the section you are asking about, and we can point you to the current wording.
Where to go next
If these terms answer your question, the published documents are the next place to look. If they do not, the policy team can point you to the right section.
